Welcome in Toulouse, France, from 7th to 10th July 2026.
The European Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring (EWSHM) dates back to the year 2000. Since then, EWSHM has been held every two years in a different city in Europe, alternating with the International Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring (IWSHM) in Stanford, USA.
Toulouse, today’s capital of the French and European aerospace industry, has a prestigious history. Founded by the Romans, capital of the Visigothic kingdom in the 5th century, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe (founded in 1229), Toulouse has three UNESCO World Heritage Sites and is one of the most economically active cities in France.
The conference will be held at the Centre Pierre Baudis, in the heart of old Toulouse, a historic area with a multitude of cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques, offering a privileged atmosphere for fruitful exchanges on the challenges of life management of multi-secular structures up to the demonstration of the most innovative and groundbreaking SHM technologies for transport, engineering, energy and civil infrastructures.
